Specialized Student Support Services

Targeted Supports.

Stronger Connections.

Greater Student Success.

Our Specialized Student Support Services provide targeted support for students who need additional guidance, connection, and opportunity to thrive. These programs focus on case management, leadership development, service learning, English learner support, making healthy choices, and substance use prevention and intervention.

Through these services, EduCare helps schools meet the diverse needs of students while strengthening social-emotional well-being, increasing school engagement, and empowering young people to build confidence, leadership, and positive impact in their communities.

What We Do

Case Management

Provides consistent, individualized academic and social-emotional support for students who are most at risk, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and stay connected to school. Case Management also provides tutoring support.

Heartset® Leadership Program

The Heartset® Leadership program empowers students to discover and use their voices as catalysts for meaningful change by fostering empathy, self-awareness, and civic responsibility. Through engaging experiences, students develop leadership skills, and build confidence in speaking up, thinking critically, and advocating for issues that matter to them while exploring real-world challenges within their communities. The program encourages a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives and inspires students to take initiative in raising awareness around social, environmental, and civic concerns, helping them grow into compassionate leaders committed to creating positive change.

Global Voices

Global Voices Club is a dynamic and engaging program that empowers students to develop their English language skills while building confidence, leadership, and a sense of belonging. Through interactive activities, collaborative projects, and meaningful discussions, students strengthen their communication skills and become active participants in their school community.

Healthy Hearts Program

The Healthy Hearts Club is a student-led leadership and advocacy program designed to empower young people to make positive choices and inspire change within their school and community. Through the development and implementation of monthly awareness campaigns, students explore important topics related to physical health, mental wellness, healthy relationships, safety, and community well-being. Participants collaborate to identify community needs, research issues, create educational materials, and lead outreach activities that promote healthy behaviors and positive social impact.

Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE)

Equips students with the knowledge, motivation, and support to make healthy choices and reduce or quit tobacco and nicotine use.

Impact

EduCare’s Language in Action Program has helped my child build confidence as an English learner. Through caring support, encouragement, and engaging activities, my child is growing in their communication skills and feeling more connected at school. As a parent, I am grateful that LAP not only supports language development, but also helps students feel seen, valued, and capable of success.
